The Comparative Maritime Law journal publishes scientific and professional papers in the fields of maritime and transport law, insurance law, and international maritime law. Additionally, it features original texts of maritime and transport conventions and other international unification instruments along with their professional translations, reviews of domestic and foreign court and arbitration decisions, reports from scientific and professional conferences and reviews of newly published books in relevant fields.

The Adriatic Maritime Law Conference “EU Maritime Law & Policy: Ports, Off-Shore and Blue Growth” was held in Portorose (Slovenia) from the 26th till 28th of May.
