Croatian Maritime Law Association and Department of Maritime and Transport Law of the Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka, organised the Round Table: The Latest Amendments to the Maritime Code held in Rijeka on May 17th, 2019.
Programme of the Round Table covered three thematic panels: The Safety of Navigation and The Ship Crew (Panel I), The New Classification of Maritime Objects and The Reform of the Ship Registry (Panel II) and The Nautical Tourism (Panel III). Dr. Vesna Skorupan Wolff and Dr. Adriana Vincenca Padovan, employees of the Adriatic Institute, held their presentations respectively. The speakers and other participants from various sectors, such as from the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure alongwith the lawyers, judges and other legal experts and professionals contributed to the interesting debate.
