Between Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts the Department of Legal Studies of the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna General Memorandum for the academic cooperation has been concluded at 7 th of September 2020.
Subject of this General Memorandum is the academic cooperation in the scientific research project titled Challenges in the Legal Regulation of Seaports considering Application of the European Union Law and National Legal Tradition. The project will be implemented at the Adriatic Institute of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts during the period 01/01/2020-31/12/2021.
The cooperation may include in particular: academic research within the project theme; collecting and processing the information and material relevant for academic research; writing and publishing of the academic and scientific papers and articles; organisation and participation to academic seminars, conferences and similar.
