A report on the 5th AMLC Conference held from 26 May to 28 May 2022 in Pula, as well as on the Solemn Assembly of the Croatian Maritime Law Association dedicated to its 30th Anniversary was broadcasted on the Croatian Radio in the radio show – Seamen’s Evening, on 30 May 2022. The show was aired from the studio in Dubrovnik. The author of the report is Dorina Tikvicki, and the editor of the Dubrovnik studio is Božica Đurđević.
Seamen’s Evening is one of the longest-running Croatian radio shows, dedicated to maritime, shipping and sea-related topics in general. It has been broadcasted since 1952, and since 1970 it has been broadcasted on the local radio stations along the Adriatic coast (Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Rijeka and Pula). In addition to regional centers, the show is also aired on the Channel 1 of Croatian Radio.
The show received an Award for the promotion of maritime culture, by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Also, in 2015, the show received the „Joško Kulušić“ Award by the Croatian Helsinki Committee for its contribution to the protection of human rights.
