From 21 to 25 October 2026, the Biograd Boat Show, the largest nautical fair in Croatia and one of the largest in the Adriatic, was held in Biograd na Moru.
Employees of the Adriatic Institute, Vesna Skorupan Wolff, PhD and Prof. Adriana Vincenca Padovan, PhD also took part in the fair. At the invitation of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK), they gave two presentations as part of the congress programme “10th Days of Croatian Nautical Industry”.
On 21 October, Skorupan Wolff, PhD and Prof. Padovan, PhD gave a presentation titled “Insurance of Boats and Yachts – Open Issues” at a session of the HGK Charter Activities Group. On 22 October, at the 3rd session of the HGK Marinas Group, they presented a report titled “Handling of Wrecks and Substandard and Abandoned Vessels, with an Emphasis on Procedures Following Claims by Honest Finders – News from Practice”.
