The University of Udine and the Italian Association for Navigation and Transport Law are organizing a two-day conference on September 26th and 27th, “Transport of the future: new technologies, new operational needs, new contracts”.

The goal of the conference is to analyse the main challenges that the transport sector will face in the coming years. Major regional operators in the sector of seaports and inland navigation ports, airports, local public transport, companies active in the transport sector and prominent Italian professors and researchers in the field of maritime and transport law will participate.

In particular, the conference will deal with relevant issues in the maritime, air, space, road and rail sectors, as well as passenger rights. Scientific and organizational coordinators of the conference are Prof. Alfredo Antonini and Prof. Daniele Casciano, members of the international editorial board of our journal “Comparative Maritime Law”.
