Born in 1972 (Trieste).
EDUCATION
- Law degree attained at the University of Trieste, with a thesis in the field of criminal law, on the secret of State
- PhD in Transport Law obtained at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with a doctoral thesis discussed at the University of Trieste on 30 Aprile 2004

- Contract Professor of Aviation Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Udine (2004)
- Permanent researcher in Transport Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Udine (2005)
- Substitute teacher of the course of Transport Law for the academic year 2006/2007
