MAIN RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

  • Since September 2016 – member of the international research group formed by Professors and researchers from the Universities “A. Xhuvani” of Elbasan – Albania, and the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, for a comparative study of the main issues of Maritime and Air Law within the Albanian and Italian legal systems and the relevant international conventions
  • Since 2016, participates in the  Oslo Law of the Sea Forum – OSLOS, http://www.jus.uio.no/nifs/english/research/projects/oslos/
  • 2012 – port services and air transport passengers’ rights
  • November 28th to December 1st 2011 – visiting professorship on Incoterms Rules and the Rotterdam Rules, at the Westminster University London, within the LLP- Erasmus Programme – Teaching Mobility
  • 2011 – “The liability regime and insurance framework with regard to the carrier, his servants and the other persons involved in transport activities within Italian and international law”

  • March 31st 2008 to December 31st 2011 – member of the research group on the powers of Regions on ports and airports, on the new law on ports also with reference to the Constitutional Law n. 3/2001, to the principle of subsidiarity, to the  agreements between State and Regions and to the procedures for clear the discord between State and Regions, with fundings of the University of Bologna – Alma Mater Studiorum, RFO 2007
