Drawing on English law and standard forms such as the SAJ Form, BIMCO NEWBUILDCON and the Norwegian SHIP25, the session examined key clauses, risk allocation, transfer of title, termination, and dispute scenarios in the context of the dominant East Asian shipbuilding markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also delivered a seminar on \u201cInsurance Contract in Maritime Law\u201d.
