THE NEW LEGAL REGIME FOR MARINAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final conference of the research project:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developing a Modern Legal and Insurance Regime for Croatian Marinas – Enhancing Competitiveness, Safety, Security and Marine Environmental Standards (DELICROMAR)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dates and time: 22  – 23 November , 2018, beginning at 10 AM each day<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venue: Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Nikola \u0160ubi\u0107 Zrinski Square 11, Zagreb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organisers: Scientific Council for the Government Administration, Judicature and the Rule of Law and the Adriatic Institute of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-organiser: Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Languages: Croatian and English with simultaneous translation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference marks the end of the research project DELICROMAR hosted by the Adriatic Institute of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts and financed by the Croatian Science Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project period: 1st March 2016 \u2013 28th February 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project team members will present the results of their research on the project, whilst a number of experts from Croatia, Italy, Spain, Malta, Montenegro and the Netherlands, who have gathered around the project and contributed to its goals, will participate as invited speakers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The expected audience at the event should include representatives of the marina industry, charterers, competent public authorities, judiciary, local insurance market, lawyers and academics.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
