Participation at the Meeting of Croatian Marina Association Commitee, Sukošan, April 5th 2019

Dr. Adriana Vincenca Padovan and dr. Vesna Skorupan Wolff have participated at the meeting of Croatian Marina Association Committee held at the D-Marin Dalmacija in Sukošan on April 5th, 2019. Upon the invitation of the Committee, the employees of the Adriatic Institute presented the sample marina operator general terms and conditions and standard berthing contracts which have been created within the DELICROMAR research project. Padovan and Skorupan Wolff spoke about preparatory work on the proposal of standard contract clauses for marina operators based on the field research results. They shortly elaborated the general terms and conditions and standard berthing contracts with an emphasis on their compliance with the provisions of the new Maritime Code regulating berthing contracts. Furthermore, they presented a new book titled The New Legal Regime for Marinas, J. Barbić, A. V. Padovan, V. Skorupan Wolff (Eds.), book no. 47, book series Modernisation of Law, Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Zagreb, 2019 in which the papers from the final DELICROMAR project conference and the whole texts of the sample marina operator general terms and conditions and standard berthing contracts for Croatian marinas are published. |
