THE NEW LEGAL REGIME FOR MARINAS

The final conference of the research project:

Developing a Modern Legal and Insurance Regime for Croatian Marinas - Enhancing Competitiveness, Safety, Security and Marine Environmental Standards (DELICROMAR)

Dates and time: 22  - 23 November , 2018, beginning at 10 AM each day

Organisers: Scientific Council for the Government Administration, Judicature and the Rule of Law and the Adriatic Institute of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts

Co-organiser: Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia

Languages: Croatian and English with simultaneous translation

The conference marks the end of the research project DELICROMAR hosted by the Adriatic Institute of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts and financed by the Croatian Science Foundation.

Project period: 1st March 2016 – 28th February 2019

The project team members will present the results of their research on the project, whilst a number of experts from Croatia, Italy, Spain, Malta, Montenegro and the Netherlands, who have gathered around the project and contributed to its goals, will participate as invited speakers. 

The expected audience at the event should include representatives of the marina industry, charterers, competent public authorities, judiciary, local insurance market, lawyers and academics.
