4th International Scientific Conference on Maritime Law: Modern Challenges of Marine Navigation is taking place in Split from 13th to 14th April 2023. Organizers of the ISCML conference which is traditionally held in Split are the Faculty of Law, University of Split and the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts (Adriatic Institute), Zagreb. The Conference will be held under the auspices of the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, Ministry of Tourism, City of Split, Split-Dalmatia County and Croatian Maritime Law Association, and with the support of the President of the Republic of Croatia and Croatian Chamber of Economy.

The organisers are honoured that the keynote speakers at the conference are Dr. Ann Fennech,  Partner and Head of the Marine Litigation Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates – Malta and President of the Comité Maritime International, Rhidian Thomas, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Maritime Law and Founder Director of the Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law, at Swansea University, Wales, UK and Giorgio Berlingieri, Senior Partner at Berlingieri Maresca, Advocate to the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and President of the Italian Maritime Law Association.
